Tommy's Catering has been serving customers over 18 years, since January 2000. We are a full-service catering company with a philosophy that no job is too big or too small. We have catered events from 10 to over 1500 guests and take great pride in providing the highest quality of food and service possible at a reasonable price. In December 2023, I attended a banquet catered by Tommy’s. I think it could be the worst food anyone has ever eaten. The Alfredo sauce looked gummy and tasted like pure salt. The marinara sauce wasn’t much better. They ran out of buttered noodles because it was the only food they served that could be consumed. The parsley potatoes and green beans were mushy and not seasoned well at all. The roasted turkey was so well “roasted” that it resembled chunk tuna. What could top over mushy turkey serve it with an orange marmalade sauce. Their choice of bread to serve was sliced sandwich bread from Aldi no fresh Italian bread they take the saying best thing since sliced bread seriously. No cake for dessert but an apple crisp the only crisp part was the topping as the rest of it was underbaked and gooey but not in a good way. Tommy’s catering should not have served that meal fortunately because it was so bad no one ate it and no one got sick. Shame on Tommy’s for lacking quality control and taking people’s money by serving such terrible, terrible food.
